<\/span>WE USE ALL NATURAL HAND SOAP, SHAMPOO, DISHWASHING SOAP, LAUNDRY DETERGENT, BIO DEGRADABLE GARBAGE BAGS, TOILET PAPER FROM RECYCLED PAPER and WE HAVE SOLAR PANELS.<\/span><\/p>\n

The house is located in RED ROCK, a gated community on Peterborg. It’s very quiet and very private. There are 39 steps that go down to the house. It is lush and over grown and doesn’t feel like a hotel. You immediately feel like you are in another world. The main room faces Magens Bay. All the rooms are large. The living room is 800 square feet. It is open, airy and not cluttered with a lot of furniture. It is 46 feet wide, has an 11 foot ceiling and 9 foot windows. You don’t have to sit outside to enjoy the view including the sun setting which occurs right in front of the house over the bay. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could possibly need. We spend most of our time cooking on the barbecue. The veranda is 8 feet by 30 feet with a table that seats 4 and all the chairs face the view of the bay. The shower is open at the top and covered with a mosquito screen so you can take a shower & see the stars at night.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We have resident iguanas, parakeets, hummingbirds and an infinite number of birds. It\u2019s a very special place.<\/p>\n

\nThe view and the house itself are amazing. It is very quiet and private. The owner is very accessible and really strives to make sure your stay is fantastic. The house has everything you need for supplies as well as a lot of nice to haves that are the icing on the cake. We have never stayed twice at the same property as we like to explore new properties but if we make it back to St Thomas we will definitely stay here again. The owner helped us with a lot of pre trip planning as he knows the island really well.

\nBetween the view, relaxing front patio and enormous common space\/kitchen, we were really grateful we chose this rental. The beds offered many nights of good sleep, the open air shower lived up to its promise of island views, the air conditioner worked great, and the kitchen is indeed well equipped for homemade meals. The owner is located in NYC but is as attentive and respectful as someone who is just a block away. If you’re looking for a quiet location this is the spot. If we find ourselves back on Saint Thomas, we’ll definitely being staying at Alan’s again!

The house will comfortably sleep up to 4 adults, and is equipped with air conditioning and a large, modern kitchen. The main living area is very spacious, and measures 46' wide with an 11' ceiling.\u00a0 Experience the gorgeous St. Thomas sunset each night through the large 9' windows facing Magens Bay. The veranda is 8' x 30' with a four-person table that provides each guest a view facing the bay.<\/span><\/p>

We have all natural hand soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, bio-degradable garbage bags and solar panels.\u00a0 We believe in doing everything we can to help protect our island's ecosystem.<\/p>

The shower is open to the sky at the top, with a screen to keep out insects.\u00a0 We encourage everyone to try having a shower under the stars!<\/p>
